The Laird Hotel
The Laird Hotel is home for many of the guys in the Melbourne rubber community, providing us a space for us to wear our gear proudly. The Laird has provided us with not only the venue for the majority of the Slick events, they have shared their technical know-how with us to help us run the most successful events we possibly can.
They also have donated to us part of our Melbourne Rubberman grand prize – the highly sought after Drink Voucher.
The Laird has been a primary sponsor of Slick since 2016.
Eagle Leather is more than just a fetish gear shop – they are some of our community's biggest cheerleaders and supporters. They have helped countless members of our community buy their first rubber and have been with us every step of the way.
They also have provided us with a number of prizes for our events – most notably the $500 Giant Novelty Voucher and the Melbourne Rubberman Sash gifted to the contest winner.

Dean Arcuri - DEANation
Dean Arcuri is one of the hardest working homosexuals in Melbourne. Host, Photographer, Singer, Comedian, Journalist, Producer and Entertainer. If it's homosexual and Melbourne – Dean Arcuri is there.
Dean Arcuri hosted the 2016 and 2017 Melbourne Rubberman contests and somehow provided photography at the same time. In 2018 he provided photography, as well as a photoshoot with our Melbourne Rubberman winners as part of the grand prize.
Down An' Dirty
Down an' Dirty is coordinated by the Sexually Adventurous Men (SAM) Project, a program of Thorne Harbour Health (formerly VAC). They exist to support and educate the MSM population of Melbourne, in a fun and safe way.
They have provided gift bags for every Melbourne Rubberman contestant since 2016, as well as cloak room and shine station facilities.
Hide & Seek on JOY 94.9
Hide & Seek first went to air in July 2009 and has become one of the Australian community radio most heard programs, streaming live on joy.org.au. The show features an exclusive "adults only" exploration of how sex and sexuality shapes our lives, informs our culture and influences our future.
Hide & Seek was a sponsor of Slick in 2016 and 2017 providing our contest winners entry into the JOY 94.9 Radio Training Program.
Melbourne Rubbermen were founded in 2017 as a small rubber social group in Melbourne. Since then, the guys have grown in number and have left a trail of silicone polish all over the inner north of Melbourne. Not only are they supporters of Slick, almost everyone who has been involved in both running the events and competing in the contest is a member.
Melbourne Rubbermen donated a voucher to RubOriginals as part of the 2018 Melbourne Rubberman completion as well as volunteering to help during Slick.
Piercing HQ is Melbourne's only specialty piercing studio. We offer an extensive range of specialist piercing and modification services. Piercing HQ specialise in both the 'usual' and the 'not so usual'.
Piercing HQ provided piercing vouchers which were awarded to the 'best dressed' members of our audience in the 2016 and 2017 Melbourne Rubberman competitions.
Rod Spark Photography
Sydney based photographer Rod Spark has been photographing since the early 90's. He has also been the official photographer for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras.
Rod provided the official photography prize for the 2016 Melbourne Rubberman Competition.
RubberBRO is an independent rubber artisan based in Petrozavodsk, Russia specialising in high quality, unique and custom designs at affordable prices. Former Mr Rubber Russia Dmitry is the man behind the brand and loves to create shiny works of art.
RubberBRO has donated gear vouchers for the 2017 and 2018 Melbourne Rubberman competitions.
Based in Manchester, United Kingdom, RubberPigs is a labour of love for Paul and Bart – a couple of gearheads who make everything out of their home workshop. With Paul and Bart, you're not just a customer, you're a member of the RubberPigs family and they're more than happy to help you create a custom design and have a chat about your gear needs, regardless of experience.

The Naked Barber
The Naked Barber is a unique barber and men’s grooming service based in a private studio in Sydney. Richard Savvy, The Naked Barber, is a qualified hairdresser with over 20 year's experience in men's grooming and barbering. More than just a haircut!
The Naked Barber donated a grooming package as an audience prize used during the 2016 Melbourne Rubberman competition.
Latex Catfish is a manufacturer of latex clothing, cosplay, dance fetish and costume products and gear based in China.
They joined as sponsors in 2019 providing part of the prize(s) for contestants in the Melbourne Rubberman 2019 contest.
